Production of recombinant proteins in the Baculovirus - Insect cells expression system
For your recombinants construction, we will use a proprietary Baculovirus system developed to meet new standards :
- Our virus constructs are stable over time due to the absence of any transposition sequences
- They present an absolute biological safety as they are strictly unable to infect natural insect hosts and hence cannot propagate in nature
- Our vectors offer the possibility to incorporate genes at different loci of the viral backbone
Either for a simple expression testing, or for the design of vectors for the production of complex structures as VLPs for example, or the large-scale production and purification of proteins, you may certainly rely on our know-how and technology.
